Technical Documentation Specialist

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Content and Technical writer to create user assistance deliverables that enable users to deploy, administer and use SAP software.

• Deliverables include terminology, UI texts, guides, multimedia and scripts.
• Test the software described in UA deliverables.
• Contribute to the usability of the software by reviewing UI screens and texts.
• Structure content and select distribution channels according to the information needs of target groups.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Must be able to create clear and concise content, work collaboratively as part of a team and have excellent communication skills.
