Position Title : Director of Food & Beverage

Location : Vagator, North Goa

Property Type : Luxury Hotel / Resort

Role Overview :

The Director of Food & Beverage will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s F&B operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. This role demands a highly experienced leader passionate about luxury hospitality, innovative culinary concepts, and team development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive F&B strategies aligned with the hotel’s luxury brand standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the F&B team to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences.
  • Oversee all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and special events.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety compliance.
  • Drive revenue and manage costs effectively to maximize profitability.
  • Foster relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local partners.
  • Could you monitor guest feedback and implement improvements proactively?
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Innovate menu concepts and oversee marketing initiatives for F&B outlets.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in luxury hotel F&B management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple outlets in high-end hospitality settings.
  • Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and operational excellence.
  • Ability to innovate and align F&B offerings with current trends.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (especially Hindi, Konkani) are a plus.
  • Educational Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Culinary Arts, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
