Job Role : SAP Success Factors ConsultantLocation : PAN INDIAExperience : 5+ YearsJob Description : - Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, etc.).- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze HR process requirements.- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.- Perform system configuration, testing, and data validation in SuccessFactors.- Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.- Manage integration of SuccessFactors with other SAP and non-SAP systems.- Ensure compliance with HR policies, data privacy, and system security standards.- Work closely with global HR, IT, and vendor teams to optimize HR processes.- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with SAP support as needed.- Stay updated on latest SuccessFactors releases, features, and best practices.
