Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, well-connected, and target-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead, grow, and manage our affiliate and performance marketing partnerships with a focus on driving conversions for HitFame Premium and Professional plans.
The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with affiliate ad networks, influencer marketing agencies, digital publishers, and a proven track record of selling subscription products, services, or mobile apps via commission-based models.
You will be the key architect behind HitFame’s affiliate-led growth engine and will collaborate cross-functionally with performance marketing, CRM, partnerships, and content teams to execute high-ROI campaigns.
Key Responsibilities Affiliate Partnership Development
- Identify, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliates, agencies, influencers, and ad networks to promote HitFame Premium and Professional plans
- Negotiate commission structures, payout terms, tracking mechanisms, and campaign KPIs
- Build relationships with CPA, CPL, CPS networks, affiliate aggregators, and publisher alliances
Performance-Based Growth Execution
Plan and execute campaigns across verticals — influencer-based, mobile app installs, paid media affiliates, coupon / deal sites, and entertainment communitiesTrack performance across platforms (App, Web) and optimize towards conversion rate, CAC, LTV, and ROICollaborate with paid marketing team to avoid overlap and maximize efficiencyAffiliate Tech & Tracking
Manage affiliate platforms and dashboards such as Impact, Trackier, Admitad, Refersion, Tapfiliate, Post Affiliate ProIntegrate UTMs, S2S tracking, attribution links, pixel-based monitoring across platformsTroubleshoot and validate reporting across Google Analytics, Appsflyer, and in-app dashboardsCampaign Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and report on affiliate performance metrics : leads, activations, retention, churn, and payout economicsIdentify underperforming channels and work with partners to test creatives, landing pages, or offersDeliver weekly / monthly reports to internal stakeholders and leadershipRevenue Growth & Funnel Optimization
Own the affiliate channel P&L for Premium & Pro plansCollaborate with creative and content teams to deliver high-converting banners, videos, and hooks for affiliate distributionDrive tiered offers, incentive campaigns, contests, and exclusive promo codes for affiliates✍️ Blog & Content Monetization Support
Work closely with the content team to monetize HitFame’s blog and news section through affiliate partnerships, programmatic ads, and sponsored contentIntroduce entertainment-relevant affiliate offers, job boards, or creator tools that drive revenue via blog trafficInfluencer Affiliate Programs
Build hybrid models with micro and macro influencers on a commission or fixed+variable basisActivate creators across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn to promote Premium offeringsBuild long-term ambassador relationships with entertainment professionalsRequired Skills & Experience
5–12 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance partnerships, or growth marketing for apps, subscription products, or e-commerceStrong network within affiliate agencies, ad networks, and influencer marketing agenciesPrior experience in selling digital subscription plans (e.g. OTT, SaaS, EdTech, Creator Tools, etc.) via affiliate channelsFamiliarity with tracking platforms, mobile attribution (e.g. Appsflyer, Branch), and CRMsDemonstrated success in managing commission-based models with high ROIStrong negotiation, project management, and stakeholder communication skillsBonus : Experience in the entertainment, media-tech, or creator economy space
