Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8+ years of experience in development, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role. Appian BPM SAIL (Self-Assembling Interface Layer) Appian plugins Appian integration (REST, SOAP APIs) Experience in Agile development environments. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Appian certification is a strong plus. Domain experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
