Role : Process Trainer – US Healthcare Claims

Experience : 4+ years in US Healthcare Claims Adjudication

Job Description :

We are looking for a Process Trainer to deliver training for new hires and existing employees on US Healthcare claims adjudication processes, systems, and compliance requirements . The trainer will be responsible for designing modules, conducting sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring employees achieve accuracy and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct training on claims adjudication, systems, and compliance.
• Create training materials, SOPs, and assessments.
• Monitor learner progress and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with Operations & Quality teams to improve performance.

Mandatory Skills :

Qualification : Any Graduate

Location : Coimbatore
