About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Lead who lives and breathes culture, content, and creators.
Someone who can run social media like a newsroom - fast, reactive, and always on trend —
while building long-term brand love. You’ll set the tone, own the calendar, and drive output at
scale (30–40 assets a month) with craft and clarity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead social across all platforms (IG, Twitter / X, YouTube, LinkedIn, emerging).
- Partner with creators and influencers to build authentic, scroll-stopping content.
- Spot trends, moments, and cultural hooks — and turn them into content fast.
- Own social response in tricky moments; manage brand reputation with speed and empathy.
- Drive 30–40 assets / month with a mix of motion, static, copy-first and creator-led content.
- Guide designers, copywriters, video editors, and community managers.
- Track performance, iterate content formats, and scale what works.
- Spot cultural and design trends early, and experiment with bold, new directions
REQUIREMENTS :
7–10 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing (brand-side or agency).Proven ability to ship high-volume, high-quality content consistently.Strong grasp of creator economy, meme culture, and short-form video.Experience handling brand reputation and crisis response on social media.Creative and analytical mindset : can think in hooks, but also track ROI.Leadership skills : ability to inspire and manage a small social / content team.
