The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding oflow-level hardware–software integration ,SoC bring-up, andbootloader and driver development .You will collaborate closely withhardware design ,RTL, andvalidation teamsto enable early platform validation and debug in apre-silicon environmentusing FPGA or emulation setups such asHAPSorSynopsys ZeBu .Key Responsibilities : Develop, port, and debugbare-metal and RTOS-based firmwareforpre-silicon FPGA / emulation platforms(HAPS, ZeBu, or equivalent).PerformSoC bring-up, includingbootloader development, initialization, andboard-level debugging .Develop and integratelow-speed IO drivers(SPI, QSPI, I2C, UART) andhigh-speed interface drivers(PCIe, UFS, USB, eMMC, SD).Collaborate withhardware, DV, and software teamsto validate and debug pre-silicon system-level functionality.UseJTAG ,debuggers, andtrace toolsto identify and resolve firmware and driver issues.Implement and validatefirmware on RTOS environmentssuch asFreeRTOSorZephyr .Contribute toboot flow debugging ,firmware optimization, andplatform stabilityin early hardware validation phases.Document debug findings, bring-up procedures, and firmware design specifications.Required Qualifications : 8 to 18 yearsof hands-on experience inbare-metal firmwareanddriver development .Proven experience working onpre-silicon FPGA / emulation platforms(HAPS, Synopsys ZeBu, or equivalent).Strong background inRTOS-based firmware development(FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or similar).Excellent proficiency inC programming, with solid debugging skills usingJTAGor equivalent tools.Experience inbootloader bring-upfromQSPI / eMMC / UFS / USB / PCIeor other boot sources.Strong knowledge oflow-speed I / O interfaces(SPI, QSPI, I2C, UART).Hands-on experience withhigh-speed I / Odriver / firmware development ( PCIe, UFS, USB, eMMC, SD ).Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills : Experience debuggingfirmware with DV waveformsin pre-silicon environments.Familiarity withcross-functional debuginvolvingDV, RTL, and software teams .Understanding ofARM SoC architecture ,memory-mapped peripherals, andboot sequencesImmediate Applicants are preferred.
