Applicants for Solution Architect or Technical Architect positions are not being considered for this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technical subject matter experts (SMEs) within the designated account.

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in the following areas :
• Hybrid Cloud (Virtualization, Storage Backup, Data Centre LAN)
• Cybersecurity
• Experience in designing and creating solutions in one or two of the above areas is highly preferred.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, including regular interaction with customer architects and the Head of Infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of technical SMEs within an account.
