Job description5 to 10 years of experiences in hands-on video editing experience Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and strong video editing techniques. Willing to complete a timed Zoom assessment. Payment will be provided if the assessment criteria are met. Can handle stress, pressure, and time crunch Ability to work with the Zoom camera open during shift Willing to undergo a timed Zoom assessment, if shortlisted, Willingness to undergo a Background Check before onboarding Edit long-form YouTube content with a focus on storytelling , visual appeal , and technical precision . Manage and optimize video rendering workflows , ensuring efficient , high-quality , and timely exports . Configure export settings across platforms to maintain consistency and quality standards . Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines while upholding a high standard of work . Troubleshoot and resolve editing / rendering issues , while providing mentorship to junior editors. Proficient in video rendering workflows , export settings , and file formats / codecs . Strong storytelling ability with expertise in long-form content for YouTube and digital platforms. Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset . Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines . Flexible to work in the Sydney, AU time zone , with availability for overtime . Willingness to undergo and pass a background check as a condition of employment (a consent form will be provided to shortlisted candidates) Willingness to provide a Police Clearance Certificate Windows 11 operating system or MacOS 13+ Intel i7-13700K, RTX 3060 GPU, 32GB RAM, NVMe SSD 256GB Storage space - minimum 8-16GB RAM - minimum Dual Core CPU - minimum Camera : HD Webcam (720p) Headset : Noise canceling (preferably) Internet Speed : 100+ Mbps - minimum
Benefits :
