Job description

what will you do

  • conduct deep research and outreach to source partnerships in relevant categories
  • take ownership of day to day vendor management
  • draft first-contact messages, maintain call notes, and update CRM regularly
  • prepare contract packets and ensure completeness before signature
  • follow up with partners on KYC, invoice and payout details
  • co-close deals with senior PMs and own simpler closes directly
  • keep partner records (bios, credentials, references) clean and updated at all times
  • track weekly output and flag risks early to ensure smooth operations
  • maintain warm and professional relationships with partners while addressing their daily platform related queries and sharing regular data and insights to enrich their sessions and presence on the platform
  • organize partner and team travel logistics for projects that require travel
  • actively engage with and learn AI tools that simplify and automate workflows, stay updated on the evolving AI landscape, and recommend solutions that improve productivity and reduce manual effort

you should apply if you :

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred relevant experience will be more preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, artist management or talent partnerships.
