About the role :
We’re looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing team and bring our brand to life across every channel.
From social media and sales collaterals to landing pages, website visuals, whitepapers, and case studies — you’ll be the creative force that makes our marketing stand out.
What you'll do :
Design for campaigns & events : Create assets for both offline events (booth designs, standees, banners, merch, handouts) and online presence (social posts, digital ads, email graphics, landing pages).Sales enablement materials : Develop sleek sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, and case study layouts that make our messaging resonate with prospects.Content design : Elevate long-form content such as whitepapers, guides, and reports into visually engaging, easy-to-digest formats.Web & landing page visuals : Collaborate with marketing to design and refine website pages and landing page layouts using tools like Figma.Brand consistency & evolution : Ensure all outputs align with brand standards while contributing to the ongoing revamp of our branding guidelines.Quick-turn requests : Handle day-to-day design asks (social media graphics, campaign visuals, event invites, templates) with speed and creativity.Trendspotting & innovation : Bring in new design ideas and trends to keep our creative fresh and competitive.Collaboration : Work closely with marketers, copywriters, and sales teams to translate open-ended briefs into polished, high-impact designs.What we are looking for :
0-2 years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in the B2B space (agency experience preferred).Proficiency in essential tools :Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesignFigma (for web and collaborative design)Canva (for quick-turn marketing needs)Awareness of modern design trends and the ability to adapt them into marketing assets.A strong portfolio that showcases versatility across digital, print, and web.Comfort with open-ended briefs and the ability to translate them into impactful outputs.A high-operator mindset — delivering fast without compromising quality.Bonus : Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or HubSpot design components.What success looks like in 3 Months :
