We bring together global expertise and local knowledge to help clients achieve their business goals.

Role : Account Manager

Lead client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring exceptional service.
Oversee the delivery of cross-functional solutions, coordinating with technical and functional teams.
Drive client engagement, handle escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements :

6-12 years of experience in account management.

Strong exposure to SAP retail and cross-functional modules.

Certified or practical experience as a Scrum Master.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

This is an onsite role at Hitech City, Hyderabad.
