Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of design experience in a creative department, agency, or design studio.
• Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic understanding of the graphic production process.
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
• Capable of handling design projects from concept to delivery with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable and quick learner, able to interpret and apply brand guidelines effectively.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and FIGMA
• Possess a strong sense of design, layout, and typography, with the ability to generate fresh, creative solutions.
