About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruitment Intern to support our talent acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment processes and exposure to various HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

RespKey Responsibilities :

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.

Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.

Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.

Assist in onboarding activities and documentation.

Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offer letters.

Participate in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring events.

Requirements :

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Prior internship experience in HR is a plus.
