Job Title : Creative Strategist – Influencer Marketing (2–4 Years Experience)
Key Responsibilities :
Develop creative strategies and campaign concepts tailored for influencer marketing across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Identify the right influencers for brand campaigns and align content ideas with brand objectives.
Work closely with the sales, account management, and production teams to ideate innovative content formats and collaboration ideas.
Analyze market trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to propose fresh creative ideas.
Create campaign briefs, storyboards, and content guidelines for influencers.
Monitor content quality, brand tonality, and deliverables to ensure creative consistency.
Evaluate campaign performance and derive insights to improve future creative strategies.
Stay updated with pop culture, social media trends, and influencer categories.
Required Skills & Experience :
2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creative strategy, or digital content creation.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator economy, and digital storytelling.
Ability to think out-of-the-box and bring fresh, platform-native ideas.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
