We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Asst. Manager - Admin & Facilities to manage the daily admin functions and ensure smooth office operations. From handling office supplies and supervising support staff to coordinating birthdays, team events, and off-sites, you'll play a key role in keeping our workplace running efficiently and joyfully.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Office Administration & Facilities Management
Oversee office infrastructure, including space planning and maintenanceManage office supplies, stationery, and pantry operationsEnsure optimal utility management (electricity, water, internet)Handle rental agreements, lease renewals, and complianceMaintain access control systems and security protocols2. IT & Asset Coordination
Manage IT asset lifecycle, including workstations and peripheralsOversee software licenses and subscriptionsCoordinate workstation setups and IT access provisioningEnsure data security protocols and backup systemsMaintain high-speed internet and Wi-Fi infrastructure3. Vendor & Procurement Management
Screen, onboard, and manage vendor relationshipsNegotiate contracts and service level agreementsProcess invoices and ensure payment compliance4. Event & Project Support
Coordinate logistics for internal events and celebrationsSupport HR with employee recognition programsManage physical event setups and infrastructure5. Process Optimization
Develop and maintain standard operating proceduresImplement office productivity improvementsManage business cards, IDs, and press passesOwnership Areas :
Ensure office premises remain functional, safe, and well-maintainedMaintain accurate inventory tracking and cost-effective procurementOversee housekeeping standards and maintenance schedulesManage office expansions / renovations when requiredWho You Are :
2-4 years of experience in office operations / administrationCandidates from hospitality, airline, or healthcare (hospital) backgrounds will be preferred, given their experience in high-efficiency, service-oriented environments.Exceptional organizational and documentation skillsStrong vendor management and negotiation abilitiesProficiency in managing IT assets and office infrastructureAbility to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentYour Superpowers :
