Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer at EKALASAALA in Hyderabad. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for conducting technical training sessions, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

• Proficient in Technical Training skills.
• Training & Development and Training skills
• Strong communication skills.
• Good Experience in creating training materials.
• Ability to assess training effectiveness.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles.
• Ability to assess training needs and customize training content.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Education, etc.)
• Certifications in Technical IT Training or related fields are a plus.
