Key Responsibilities : 1. Sales Management : Achieve assigned sales targets through effective planning and execution.Monitor and improve sales performance of the team by tracking key metrics and addressing underperformance.2. Compliance and Reporting : Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to management.Handle documentation and follow all compliance guidelines for insurance sales.
