Role & Responsibilities

  • You will be both an anchor and a driving force for our next phase of growth.
  • You will bring in your industry expertise and a strong understanding of best practices to align our tech-enabled systems for maximum efficiency and delivery.
  • You will work directly with the Business Head to strategize and drive growth / service delivery via our uniquely positioned recruitment solutions.

Specifically, You Will Be Working On The Following Aspects

  • Delivery – Our clients are premium brands in India and are primarily from Product / Tech-Startups and a few big MNCs like Wipro, Deloitte etc. Their expectations while engaging with TalentXO is that we will provide a better value add than traditional Recruitment agencies. To facilitate this, we have a strong Recruitment setup. You will be expected to align all internal teams to ensure delivery with 100% efficiency.
  • Recruitment Process Development – You will have an eagle eye view on the overall recruitment delivery process. This process is in continuous enhancement to ensure a best-in-industry client experience. You will be responsible to identify areas of improvement in our overall delivery process and implement effective solutions
  • Business Development / Growth – Our tech enabled solution makes it easier for us to scale our recruitment capabilities to accommodate a large number of clients with a relatively smaller team and lesser effort. As a result, aggressive Sales and Business Development have been a crucial part of our growth strategy from the beginning.
  • Ideal Candidate

  • 1+ YOE working with Small / Mid-Sized Recruitment agency OR Early Stage / Small startups.
  • Strong domain expertise in – Tech, Product, Design & Sales Domain.
  • Strong analytical understanding of the overall recruitment process.
  • Experience in managing large clients as an account manager.
  • Ready to experiment things never done before – Conquer uncharted waters.
  • Think Out-of-the-Box – Innovative and effective solutions.
  • Key Skills Required – Tech Domain Expertise, Client Relationships, Business Development, Recruitment Operations, Executive Search.
