Project Manager

Experience Required : 5–6 Years (Solar & EV Infrastructure Projects)

Educational Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead our Solar and Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure projects from concept to commissioning. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in solar and EV domains, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Feasibility Assessment

Conduct technical feasibility studies for installing solar and / or EV charging infrastructure in new and existing buildings.

Evaluate load requirements, roof / space availability, structural constraints, and grid connectivity options.

Project Planning & Coordination

Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Liaise with consultants, architects, and design engineers to finalize system design.

Identify and evaluate suitable vendors and contractors.

Execution & Monitoring

Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities at the site.

Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality parameters, and statutory regulations.

Track progress against project milestones and address delays proactively.

Stakeholder Management

Coordinate between internal teams, consultants, and external vendors.

Conduct regular project review meetings and update management on progress.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain technical documentation, drawings, and compliance certificates.

Ensure adherence to local electricity board and renewable energy guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong technical knowledge in Solar PV systems and EV charging infrastructure.

Proficiency in electrical load calculations, wiring diagrams, and energy yield assessment tools.

Familiarity with relevant safety codes, IEC / IS standards, and regulatory requirements.

Strong vendor and contractor management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in MS Project / Primavera and MS Office tools.

Experience

5–6 years of hands-on project management experience in Solar and / or EV infrastructure projects.

Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale renewable energy projects on time and within budget.
