Manager - Project Management (PMG)

• Study the requirement from specification, drawings & standard
• Study all technical requirement
• Coordination with internal stakeholders e.g. Marketing, Design, Quality, Supply chain , Production
• Organise kick of meeting, Planning & Scheduling (prepare plans in MS project and upload plans in concerto), Budgeting Project monitoring & reviews
• Prepare & communicate status report
• Customer interaction
• Time Management. Scope Management
• Risk Management (Identify Potential Risks, Mitigation& Contingency plans)
• Negotiation (handling conflicts / priorities)
• Adaptability (adjusting to the changes)
• Procurement (BOM details consolidation, submit PPO to Supply chain , co-ordinate with supply chain for placement of PO's, ensure time receipt of full kits )
• Production reviews(submit the full kit details to production team, monitor the production progress and ensure timely completion)
• Handling the complete execution cycle (form project initiation to 100% completion of contract)
