Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Salesforce Consultant for an on-site role in Pune. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business needs, providing tailored Salesforce solutions, and efficiently managing Salesforce.Com systems. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to identify their requirements, conducting business analysis, performing Salesforce administration, and supporting development efforts. The role demands a proactive professional who can collaborate with teams to ensure optimal Salesforce solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Salesforce.Com Administration and Salesforce.Com Development.
• Strong Consulting and Business Analysis capabilities to gather requirements and create effective solutions.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to solve problems, interpret complex data, and optimize processes.
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology or Business Administration.
• Salesforce certifications (e.G., Salesforce Administrator, App Builder) are highly desirable.
• Experience in consulting or implementing Salesforce solutions for multiple clients is a plus.
