About the Role

The Technical Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions within our Capital Markets and Investment Banking IT environments.

Responsibilities

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in Capital Markets or Investment Banking IT environments.
• Strong working knowledge of capital market instruments – Equities, Derivatives, FX, Fixed Income, Structured Products.
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, data extraction, and data transformation in technical projects.
• Proficiency in SQL – ability to query, analyze, and profile data independently.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, market data systems, and trading platforms.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies – Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, SQL Developer, etc.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
