Role : OSS Project Director - Renewable Energy
About the Role
We're supporting a global renewable energy developer in their search for an Offshore Substation (OSS) Project Director to lead one of the most ambitious offshore wind developments in the Asia-Pacific region.
This is a rare opportunity to join a world-class project team at a pivotal stage—responsible for delivering a critical asset within a multi-GW offshore portfolio that's shaping the future of clean energy in APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the OSS package (design, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning).
- Drive coordination across engineering, HSE, quality, commercial, and project controls teams.
- Manage EPC contractors and interface closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule, maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
- Provide strategic leadership to the OSS team and act as the senior representative in package-level decision making.
About You
10+ years' experience delivering large-scale offshore wind or offshore energy projects , with a focus on OSS or topside / substructure packages.Proven track record in project leadership —from FEED through to handover.Strong understanding of EPCI contract management , risk mitigation, and multi-disciplinary coordination.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across cultures.Based in APAC or willing to relocate.Why Apply
