Job descriptionPost graduate in Life Sciences / Biotechnology or Biochemistry / Laboratory Technology / Healthcare Management (recent or pursuing). Prior exposure (internship / coursework / work experience) in clinical laboratories, diagnostics, or healthcare operations is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of data visualization tools is an advantage. Willingness to travel to customer sites (as required). Hands-on exposure to process excellence and operational transformation in healthcare. Opportunity to work with subject matter experts in laboratory efficiency, Lean, and automation. Experience in real-world customer-facing projects. Potential for a future career opportunity with our team based on performance.
What You’ll Do
- Assisting with on-ground assessments of laboratories and blood banks.
- Collecting and analyzing operational data (turnaround times, workflow, utilization, etc.).
- Supporting layout planning, workflow mapping, and process documentation.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards for customer engagements.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams during efficiency improvement projects.
- Learning and applying concepts of Lean, Six Sigma, and Quality Management in healthcare.
