Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead non-tech hiring across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success functions. The ideal candidate will drive recruitment strategy, ensure timely closures, and enhance the overall candidate experience while leading a small team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution for Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve monthly and quarterly hiring goals.
  • Partner with business and leadership teams to forecast talent needs and build a strong hiring pipeline.
  • Candidate Engagement : Maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and ensure an exceptional interview experience.
  • Drive campus hiring initiatives and build partnerships with colleges for fresher intake.
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, referrals, and social media.
  • Maintain and report recruitment analytics, dashboards, and closure metrics .
  • Ensure speed, quality, and compliance in all hiring processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3–6 years of recruitment experience with at least 1 year in a lead / managerial role.
  • Proven success in hiring for Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to campus recruitment and bulk / volume hiring.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proactive, process-driven, and comfortable working in a high-growth EdTech setup .
