TCS is hiring for JDA WFM Support Consultant Role!!

exp : 4 to 8 years

Location : PAN INDIA

Must-Have

6 - 12 years of JDA WFM with experience of support and enhancements

Strong expertise in MOCA Components, MTF, DDA / Page builder, Reports and labels

Strong experience in integration of JDA WFM with variety of host and destination systems using JDA Integrator / Connect

Provide a functional support to BAU activities as well , product configuration, trouble shooting, batch monitoring etc etc.

Good knowledge of Inbound, Outbound, Warehouse setup etc

Knowledge of integration of T&A

Knowledge of WFM architecture, key datapoints for Inbound and Outbound Integration with WFM

Knowledge of support process ,SLAs etc

Proven experience of attending and resolving the critical issues within tight timelines

Basic knowledge of TMS

Good-to-Have

Strong technical design, analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in support project and customer facing roles

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & presentation)
