Role Overview

We’re seeking a hands-on, process-driven Operations Lead to oversee and streamline end-to-end operations at our Rajahmundry manufacturing and dispatch units.

This role sits at the heart of our business — managing production, procurement, inventory, logistics, and coordination with the Hyderabad head office. The right candidate combines strong on-ground leadership with systematic planning to drive efficiency, discipline, and daily execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory and warehouse operations — from production scheduling to dispatch.
• Coordinate between procurement, packaging, inventory, logistics, and finance teams.
• Maintain process discipline through checklists, logs, and SOP-driven operations.
• Track production output, machine utilisation, wastage, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage packaging and raw material planning, vendor deliveries, and inter-location transport.
• Ensure timely dispatches and accurate documentation for orders and shipments.
• Supervise on-ground clerical / logistics staff, ensuring accountability and proper reporting.
• Implement and maintain ERP / operations systems (Odoo / Zoho or equivalent).
• Liaise with the Hyderabad office for planning, purchase approvals, and management reviews.
• Drive cost control, process improvement, and preventive maintenance initiatives.
• Support audit readiness, FSSAI / HACCP documentation, and export compliance.
