The Developer Tooling team is responsible for providing technical support for internal and external developers using the Genesys Cloud platform. We build tools to help support both our internal and external development teams

Day-to-day duties include but are not limited to :

• Providing support and consulting for Genesys Cloud developers through our on-line support forums and in-person consultation with internal teams and customers.
• Designing and constructing development tools SDKs our Terraform provider and CLIs for our network of internal and external developers who use the Genesys Cloud platform to deliver call center and telephony solutions.
• Working in the Developer Tooling involves a mix of front-end and back-end development with deployments being done to our AWS environments.
• The Developer Engagement team provides development support and tools across the Java Go Java Node and Typescript.
