Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Training Specialist located in Kozhikode. The Management Training Specialist will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful soft skills and corporate training programs.
Must Have Qualifications
- BBA or MBA (certification in Training & Development is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience in corporate training or facilitation.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in e-learning tools and virtual training platforms.
