Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5–10 years of proven success in end-to-end recruiting, with strong expertise in SAP recruitment , IT hiring , and managed staffing models . The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing top-tier talent, managing high-volume and niche hiring demands, strengthening recruitment processes, and serving as a strategic partner to leadership and hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
Manage full-cycle recruitment for SAP and non-SAP roles, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
Conduct comprehensive intake meetings to understand job requirements, technical skills, and business priorities.
Create job postings and ensure effective role visibility across digital platforms.
2. SAP & Technical Hiring Expertise
Source and hire consultants across SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FICO, ABAP, HANA, Basis, SuccessFactors).
Build talent pipelines for niche SAP skills and emerging technologies.
Evaluate candidates’ functional / technical competencies and project experience.
3. Managed Staffing & Vendor Coordination
Support managed staffing programs by engaging with internal teams, MSPs, and vendor partners.
Manage staffing demands, allocation, redeployment, and bench utilization for project-based hiring.
Ensure compliance with SLA, turnaround time, and quality-of-hire metrics.
4. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing to identify passive and active talent.
Maintain a strong pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
Implement innovative sourcing strategies to target hard-to-fill positions.
5. Candidate Experience & Stakeholder Management
Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Collaborate with hiring managers to align hiring expectations, timelines, and selection criteria.
Present qualified candidates and provide hiring recommendations based on screening outcomes.
6. Recruitment Operations
Update and maintain data in ATS and recruitment dashboards.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies and workforce planning processes.
7. Employer Branding
Support initiatives to enhance employer brand awareness.
Represent the company at career fairs, recruitment events, and professional communities
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with strong exposure to SAP / IT recruitment and managed staffing .
Experience working in IT consulting, service-based industries, or staffing agencies preferred.
Strong understanding of technical job requirements and SAP module structures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with ATS tools, MS Office, sourcing platforms, and social recruitment.
