Our Client is an Indian multinational ride sharing company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Presentable Appearance and Attitude.
- Lead Management - Generate prospects from showroom walk-ins telephone inquiries
- Inquiries are to be entered in the tab with complete details of the customer.
- Demonstrating the Scooter.
- Carry out Test rides and convert to final sale
- Addressing customer queries related to Scooter specifications Delivery time Scooter Pricing Finance options etc.
KPIs:
- Percentage of TR completion from scheduled TR
- Percentage of Sales conversion from Completed TR
- Process adherence No deviation from the Processes or SOPs
- Good at giving Customer Experience and No Negative Feedback from Customers
- CX rating
Requirements
Location: Telengana
Experience: 1 Year of working experience in Automobile Sales.
Notice Period: Immediate - 10 days
Qualification 12th Pass/Graduation/Diploma
Note: Qualifications Experience & Skills Sales Expertise in Automobile - worked in 2W or 4W Dealership Retail Insurance Finance & Banking preferred
* Knows driving and have DL
* Good communication skills
