Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate - Sales and Marketing Executive located in Ahmedabad. The role involves generating sales leads, managing client interactions, providing excellent customer service, and effectively promoting the company’s real estate properties. Responsibilities include negotiating and closing deals, collaborating with the marketing team on promotional strategies, and staying updated with real estate market trends to offer clients informed guidance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the property
• Experience in Real Estate transactions and sales
• Excellent Customer Service and client relationship management skills
• Strong negotiation, communication, and time management skills
• Basic understanding of marketing strategies
• Proficiency in local market knowledge in Ahmedabad is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
