XenTegra India  is seeking a highly motivated, flexible, and self-starting  Horizon and Workspace ONE Delivery & Support Consultant  to join our growing  Professional Services  team.

We are trusted advisors to major enterprises across banking, healthcare, retail, education, and government sectors — delivering modern, secure, and flexible workspace solutions.

This role demands strong technical expertise in  VMware Horizon ,  Workspace ONE UEM ,  PowerShell scripting , and  automation .

You will be pivotal in delivering exceptional client projects, providing ongoing support, and working closely with the sales team to generate new services opportunities — all while maintaining a strong focus on customer success and utilization KPIs.

The ideal candidate will be  client-facing ,  self-starting , and  performance-driven , ready to work hybrid (remote + Mumbai) while aligning to  North American business hours .

About the Role :

XenTegra  is seeking a highly motivated, flexible, and self-starting  Horizon and Workspace ONE Delivery & Support Consultant  to join our growing Professional Services team.

This role demands strong technical expertise in  VMware Horizon ,  Workspace ONE UEM ,  PowerShell scripting , and  automation .

You will play a critical role in :

  • Delivering exceptional projects to clients,
  • Providing proactive L2 / L3 support,
  • Collaborating with the sales team to generate new services opportunities, and
  • Meeting or exceeding utilization KPIs.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a relentless focus on customer success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver high-quality  Horizon  and  Workspace ONE  deployments, upgrades, and managed services engagements.
  • Develop and maintain  advanced automation scripts  using  PowerShell  and / or  VMware APIs  to enhance deployments and support.
  • Act as a  technical SME  during pre-sales discussions and project scoping alongside the sales team.
  • Conduct client discovery sessions, technical assessments, workshops, and produce high-quality documentation.
  • Provide  L2 / L3 technical support  and troubleshooting for VMware Horizon and Workspace ONE environments.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, time tracking, and status updates in line with company KPIs.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during service delivery.
  • Stay current on VMware technology advancements, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, sales, and customer success teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum  4+ years  experience with  VMware Horizon  (including Cloud Pod Architecture, App Volumes, and Dynamic Environment Manager) and  Workspace ONE UEM  (including Enrollment, Profiles, Apps, Compliance Policies).
  • Strong expertise in  PowerShell scripting  and  VDI / EUC automation .
  • Excellent verbal and written  communication skills  with the ability to translate technical information for business audiences.
  • Demonstrated success working in a  consulting  or  professional services  capacity directly with customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of  Windows Server ,  Active Directory ,  Azure AD , Conditional Access policies, and  MDM / MAM security  best practices.
  • Exceptional documentation, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Self-starter  mentality with a drive to exceed utilization and service delivery targets.
  • Flexibility to  work during North American business hours  based on project requirements.
  • Preferred (Nice to Have) :

  • VMware certifications such as  VCP-DTM ,  VCP-DW , or similar
  • Experience with  VMware Horizon Cloud ,  Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) , or other EUC platforms
  • Integration experience with  Azure AD ,  Okta , or other identity providers
  • Knowledge of  Zero Trust  security architecture and EUC security frameworks
