Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Content Writer who specializes in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other technical documentation.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical writing skills, the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), and experience translating complex technical workflows into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, write, and maintain SOPs, process documentation, technical manuals, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with SMEs, engineers, product managers, and business teams to gather information and understand processes.
- Convert technical and functional requirements into clear, structured, and standardized SOPs.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards, regulations, and quality guidelines.
- Create flowcharts, process diagrams, and checklists to support SOPs where necessary.
- Review and edit existing SOPs to improve clarity, accuracy, and structure.
- Manage version control and maintain a structured documentation repository.
- Simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, including non-technical users.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3+ years of proven experience in technical writing, SOP development, or process documentation.Strong command of English with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Proficiency in documentation tools (MS Office, Confluence, Notion, Google Docs, MadCap Flare, or equivalent).Familiarity with process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Draw.io, etc.Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Requirements added by the job poster :
