Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Workday HCM
• Proven expertise in any 2 to 3 modules in Workday : Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time, Absence , Recruitment, Onboarding / Offboarding , Payroll Interfaces, Talent / Performance , Advanced Compensation, Security & Reporting.
• Strong understanding of L2 / L3 application support processes, incident management, and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience managing Workday integrations, release management, and tenant configuration.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Workday certification(s) preferred.
