Role Overview :
We are hiring a data-driven, growth-focused Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who will build and scale the end-to-end marketing engine responsible for :
Multi-channel demand generationInbound growthABM (Tier 1 & 2)SEO + Paid AdsContent + Sales EnablementCRM + AnalyticsAI-driven marketingFull-funnel GTM strategy Your mission :Drive ₹50–60 CR pipeline contribution to support VBS reaching ₹100 CR+.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Demand Generation & Pipeline Ownership
Own 50–60% of revenue pipelineBuild TOFU / MOFU / BOFU funnelsImprove inbound acquisitionReduce CAC, improve SQL rate2. Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Build Tier 1 and Tier 2 ABM wavesDeploy multi-stakeholder engagement plansCreate personalized content packs3. Performance & Growth Marketing
Manage LinkedIn Ads + Google AdsOptimize CTRs, conversions, ROASScale search + retargeting campaigns4. SEO & Content Leadership
