About the Role
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This position goes beyond lead generation — you’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, understanding business needs, and positioning our solutions effectively. You will work closely with the sales teams to nurture leads into qualified opportunities, while ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and digital outreach to generate new leads.
- Qualify leads by identifying business challenges, decision-making authority, budget, and purchase timelines.
- Present solutions, value propositions, and business benefits effectively to international and domestic clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach campaigns, share feedback, and improve conversions.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline, activities, and sales forecasts in CRM systems.
- Schedule and set up discovery calls, demos, and meetings for senior sales or solution teams.
- Nurture long-term relationships with prospects to move opportunities through the funnel.
- Drive attendance for webinars, events, and digital campaigns by engaging with target audiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively.
- Consistently achieve and exceed defined KPIs including outreach activities, qualified leads, and revenue contribution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.3–5 years of proven success in inside sales, international sales, or business development roles.Strong command of English with excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) skills.Demonstrated ability in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.Proficiency in using CRMs and sales engagement tools.Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify client pain points and align solutions.Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a global, fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills
Experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions.Familiarity with enterprise procurement cycles and B2B sales processes.Knowledge of sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, or MEDDICC is a plus.Exposure to international markets (US / UK / EU / APAC) and cross-cultural sales interactions.Why Join Us?
