About the Role :

As a Quality Lead, you’ll oversee food safety and quality assurance systems end-to-end — from raw materials to finished products. You’ll lead audits, mentor QA teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance, consistency, and consumer trust.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead quality assurance processes across production, packaging, and handling in line with food safety standards and internal SOPs.
• Supervise and mentor QA executives and frontline quality staff; conduct training sessions and performance reviews.
• Prepare for and lead internal and external audits (HACCP, FSSAI, ISO); ensure regulatory compliance.
• Approve raw material quality and oversee product inspections and release processes.
• Manage customer complaints and non-conformities through effective CAPA and root cause analysis.
• Maintain accurate documentation, checklists, and reports; generate periodic quality dashboards.
• Drive process improvements to enhance quality efficiency and reduce waste.
• Work cross-functionally with Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure consistent quality delivery.
