Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Lead, located in Kochi. The Creative Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies that reflect branding goals, overseeing the creative process, and leading the creation of campaigns and content. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure alignment with company branding efforts, and drive innovation. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming new ideas, guiding creative projects, and delivering solutions that align with the company's vision.

Qualifications

• Strong Creativity Skills and innovative thinking
• Ability to develop and execute Creative Strategies, including campaign concepts
• Expertise in Branding and the ability to build cohesive brand identities
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Proficient Writing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives
• Leadership experience or the ability to guide and inspire a creative team
• In-depth understanding of marketing trends and design processes
