Key Responsibilities :

1. Offer one-on-one counseling or coaching sessions to address emotional challenges and workplace stress

2. Develop tailored therapeutic plans that suit each client's unique context and goals

3. Lead group sessions on topics such as emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and conflict management

4. Use engaging activities and discussions to create a supportive environment for collective learning

5. Develop and maintain relevant tools, worksheets, and content that promote healthy coping strategies

6. Stay current with research and best practices to keep resources fresh and insightful

7. Conduct regular check-ins to track improvements, address setbacks, and refine strategies

8. Collaborate with clients to measure tangible outcomes related to mental well-being and personal development

9. Uphold client confidentiality, privacy, and dignity at all times

10. Adhere to professional codes of conduct and ethical guidelines in psychological practice
