Full Stack Engineer (Backend Heavy)

📍 Pune | Full-time | Hybrid (3 days WFO / 12 days per month)

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Full Stack Engineers (Backend-heavy) to join our team. This role is ideal for engineers with strong backend expertise in Python and databases, while being comfortable with frontend technologies. You’ll design and scale high-performance systems, APIs, and data pipelines that power mission-critical applications.

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

Python – deep hands-on development experience.

Databases (SQL & NoSQL) :

PostgreSQL, ClickHouse (SQL)

MongoDB, DynamoDB (NoSQL)

Ability to design, optimize, and scale complex data models.

Microservices Architecture – proven experience designing and deploying.

APIs & Data Pipelines :

Build and scale RESTful APIs , async jobs, schedulers, and pipelines for high-volume systems.

Strong knowledge of API design, rate limiting, secure authentication (OAuth2), and best practices .

Frontend Exposure (Good-to-Have) :

Experience with React.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript (ES6+) .

Soft Skills

Excellent Communication – articulate ideas clearly and engage effectively with clients.

Self-Driven & Independent – ability to execute without constant supervision.

Ownership Mindset – willingness to take responsibility, extend efforts when needed, and meet deadlines.
