Job description

Responsibilities

Build reusable case types, rulesets, and decision strategies.
Integrate Pega with legacy / cloud systems (REST, SOAP, Kafka).
Lead code reviews, upgrades, and production deployments.
Support continuous improvement and defect remediation.

Skill Stack

Pega PRPC 8 / 9, Java, HTML / CSS, JavaScript.

Case Management, SLA config, DCO rules.

Jenkins, Git, CI / CD pipelines.

Certification : CSA (Mandatory) | CSSA (Preferred).

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years domain experience;

2 + projects delivered in enterprise environments.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and Agile / DevOps experience.

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.

Prior experience in BFSI, Healthcare, or Government sectors preferred.
