Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Manager BD & Sales. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies. Daily activities include conducting market research, managing customer accounts, supporting product marketing efforts, preparing sales presentations, and achieving revenue growth. The Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Business Development, Market Research, and identifying potential business opportunities.
• Strong Sales and Account Management skills, including the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Understanding of marketing concepts and strategies, with experience in Product Marketing and Sales Strategy.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical thinking and ability to develop solutions for client requirements and challenges.
• Proven track record in consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets..
• Experience in the construction materials or insulated panel industry is an advantage.
