Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are looking for a Accounts Receivable Executive with 2+ years’ experience in collections of outstanding accounts receivable (INR) and who can be an immediate joiner.

Responsibilities

Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts across multiple regions.

Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.

Sending payment reminders through email in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.

Replying to customer queries through calls and emails.

Visiting customer locations for reconciliation and payment follow up, if required.

Coordinate with billing team and submit invoices to customers on a timely manner.

Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates.

Mail correspondence to customers’ address to encourage payment of delinquent accounts

Required Skills

1) 2+ years Experience in accounts receivable management

2) Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills required

3) Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel
