Storyline developer with experience in the eLearning industry.

Expertise in authoring tools and working on complex Articulate Storyline 3, 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc. and Rapid Authoring Tools with basic HTML skills, and strong debugging skills...

Understand functionalities and interactivities from a learning point of view

Work closely with Instructional Designers and SMEs to understand the storyboard or concepts

Have worked on different LCMS and SCORM compliances or have knowledge of LCMS and LMS.

Working knowledge of Multimedia software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash / Animate and Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.

A strong eye for visual composition and ability to develop graphics, layout, compositions and animations, content & and flow

A positive team-oriented attitude, flexibility, and verbal and written communication skills.

Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders

Selection :

Have prior experience as a Content Developer, as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects

Skype / Telephonic / F2F Interviews, portfolio evaluation, Machine test for final decision

Qualifications

Qualification : Any Graduate (BCA, MCA, BFA, MFA). Any formal training in development. Any experience and / or certification in tools.
