Restaurant Captain

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to lead our front-of-house service team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth dining operations, exceptional guest experiences, and coordination between the service and kitchen staff. The Restaurant Captain plays a crucial role in maintaining service quality, training staff, and upholding brand standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations.
• Greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
• Assign duties to servers and stewards, ensuring tables are properly managed.
• Maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation in the dining area.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure food is served as per quality and presentation standards.
• Train and mentor junior service staff on customer service, upselling techniques, and menu knowledge.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth order delivery.
• Maintain inventory of service items like cutlery, napkins, etc.
• Upsell food and beverages to maximize revenue.
