Customer Support Executive
Role & Responsibilities :
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Handling queries from international customers on call, Email & social media.
- Candidate should be flexible to work in rotational shifts, specifically US timelines.
Requirements :
Excellent fluency in spoken German + DutchCapable of speaking in European accent (preferred)Strong command over written German and DutchMin 2+ year of experience in providing support in respective LanguageCandidate with experience of providing support to international customers on call or chat process will be preferredProven work experience of Customer interactions.Hands on experience with MS Office and internet researchIn-dept understanding of customer service practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishTeamwork and motivational skills\Ability to handle multiple tasks, work in a fast- paced environment and meet deadlines.Should be Flexible for Rotational Shifts and Rotational Weekly OffsGood follow up skillsWe are a hardcore, fast-growth focused environment and a place where only dedicated, stable, dependable individuals who are willing to immerse themselves completely to this cause can thrive.
