Job description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled React Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications. You will play a critical role in shaping the front-end architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical standards, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of React.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, front-end performance optimization, and enterprise-level application architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design end-to-end architecture for scalable React-based applications.
  • Define technical standards, code quality guidelines, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Backend, DevOps, and QA.
  • Lead architectural reviews, proof-of-concepts, and technical assessments.
  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to development teams.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate tools, libraries, and frameworks.
  • Ensure security, performance, and accessibility considerations are built into design.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in front-end architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Strong experience with React.js, Redux, Hooks, and component-based architecture.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming.
  • Experience with CI / CD, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and code versioning tools (Git).
  • Experience with Micro-Frontend architecture is a strong plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in large-scale enterprise application development.
  • Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
